The letters are Loopy Love by Doodlebug and again the greeting is from Craftwork Cards. I might give this one to my dad as he is a real handy man perfect for when you need some flooring put down and he also as a shed full of tools and gadgets.

Great card, love the image you have used and the papers are perfect for it, you asked about RAK, it stands for random act of kindness, you just send someone some candy for no reason other than kindness, you do need to know addresses first though :) which I find the most difficult because then they know you want to send something, hope that makes sense :)
